For full-service planning, we recommend booking 12-18 months before your wedding date. For partial planning, 8-12 months is ideal, and for month-of coordination, 4-6 months in advance. However, we occasionally have availability for shorter timelines, so don't hesitate to reach out regardless of your timeline.

Our pricing varies based on the level of service, wedding complexity, guest count, and location. Full-service planning typically ranges from $8,000-$15,000, partial planning from $4,000-$7,000, and month-of coordination from $2,000-$3,500. We provide detailed custom quotes after an initial consultation.

Yes, we specialize in destination weddings both domestically and internationally. We have extensive experience planning weddings in popular destinations such as Italy, France, Mexico, the Caribbean, and throughout the United States. Additional travel fees apply for destination weddings.

We curate a personalized list of vendors based on your style, budget, and preferences. We coordinate all vendor meetings, review contracts, and serve as your main point of contact. On the wedding day, we manage all vendor arrivals, setups, and timelines to ensure everything runs smoothly.

We pride ourselves on our personalized approach, attention to detail, and commitment to creating authentic celebrations that reflect each couple's unique story. Our team has extensive experience, strong industry relationships, and a passion for creating memorable, stress-free wedding experiences.

We intentionally limit the number of weddings we take on each year to ensure each couple receives the highest level of service and attention. Typically, each planner on our team manages no more than 15 full-service weddings annually, with additional capacity for partial planning and month-of coordination clients.

Our cancellation policy is outlined in detail in our contract. Generally, the initial retainer is non-refundable, as it secures your date and covers initial planning work. For cancellations more than 6 months before the wedding, a portion of additional payments may be refundable. We also offer wedding insurance recommendations.
